We’re seeking a seasoned powder coater to spray full time in the powder booth. Minimum of 3 years’ experience spraying powder coating is required. We’re a busy shop specializing in powder coating large industrial and agricultural parts – we need a self-motivated pro to jump in and spray all day long.
Employment Type: Full Time, Day Shift
Hours: M-F, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation: $22 – $24/hr based on experience
Overtime is compensated at time and a half

Responsibilities:
- Arrive to work on time every day
- Read and follow work orders
- Spray powder coating according to work order specifications
- Learn from other powder coaters on the team
- Perform color changes with speed and accuracy
- Wear personal protective equipment
- Must be willing to hang, pack, and pretreat parts
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years’ powder coating experience is required
- Must be clean shaven for respirator
- Familiarity with Gema powder coating equipment preferred
- Must be able to lift 75lbs
- Must be able to be on feet all day
- Must be able to work in hot summer conditions
- Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
