We are seeking manual labor help around the blast & powder coating shops. No previous industry experience required. Our ideal candidate will:
- Show up on time for all scheduled shifts
- Pay attention to detail
- Check their work
- Be eager to learn
Compensation: $17-19 to start, assuming no previous industry experience

Employment Type: Full Time, M-F, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities for those new to the industry:
- Hang parts
- Prep parts
- Package parts
- Arrive to work on time every day
As you get comfortable, you’ll be promoted and trained to:
- Pretreat (wash) parts with a pressure washer
- Spray powder coating on parts
- Follow specific instructions on work orders
Qualifications:
- Manual labor experience required
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs
- Must be able to work in hot summer conditions
